3. After clicking the aforementioned link, a new window will open in which you must click the ‘Register’ link to access the registration form. Fill in the blanks and press ‘enter.’ If the candidates have already registered, click “log in” to access the application form and download it.
4. Candidates will receive an email with a registration number and password after completing the registration process.
5. Candidates must log in with their registration number and password and complete the application form by providing the needed information.
